This notice covers record pressing and quote requests, customer accounts, contact forms and the connected website tools.
2. Enquiries and manufacturing
We process your name, email address, optional telephone number, project details and correspondence to answer enquiries and prepare or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Business contact details may also be processed on our legitimate interest in communicating with the contracting organisation (Article 6(1)(f)). Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to one year after the last substantive contact; contract-related records may be retained for five years after performance to establish or defend claims.
3. Orders, contributions and invoices
Order and contribution handling requires the customer’s name, email, telephone, billing and delivery address, ordered items, amount, payment status and relevant correspondence. The legal bases are contract performance and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Articles 6(1)(b) and (c)). Accounting documents are retained for eight years under Hungarian accounting law. We do not receive or store bank card numbers or card security codes.
4. Your account
Account details and order history are used to provide the account service. Passwords are stored as hashes. You can request account deletion; records that must be retained for accounting or legal reasons remain for their applicable retention period. An account is not required for a guest purchase.
5. Mockup Studio and Cue Sheet
Original artwork is processed in your browser. When you submit a mockup quote or cue sheet, the information and generated attachment are sent to Hanaton. Temporary server-side attachments are removed after the mail attempt. If the Mockup Studio download-copy function is enabled, the interface informs you that a copy of the generated image is sent to Hanaton; it does not send the original uploaded artwork. Manufacturing source materials are retained under the manufacturing terms, normally for three months after performance.
6. Service providers
Hosting: Zalaszám Informatika Kft., 8900 Zalaegerszeg, Mártírok útja 53. Invoicing: KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu). Delivery: GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. and the destination-country delivery partners. Payments: Barion Payment Zrt. These providers receive only the data needed for the relevant service. Barion acts under its own privacy notice for payment and fraud prevention. GLS receives delivery contact and parcel data; Számlázz.hu receives billing data.
International delivery may require sending recipient and parcel details to delivery partners in the destination country. For any destination outside the EEA, the applicable transfer arrangements must be checked before that destination is enabled.
7. Cookies and Barion Pixel
Essential session, cart and security cookies support the requested service. The consent choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Optional marketing tracking is disabled until you consent, and can be withdrawn in Cookie settings. Where configured, the Barion Base Pixel supports fraud prevention; the Full Pixel additionally processes product views, cart, checkout and purchase events and a hashed email identifier for marketing only with consent. A hash is pseudonymous data, not guaranteed anonymity.
8. Security and spam prevention
Access is limited by employee role. Forms use request validation, a spam trap and rate limiting; the quote form also uses a short arithmetic challenge. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the IP address, not the raw IP. External CAPTCHA, if enabled, is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and may process technical browser and network data under Cloudflare’s privacy notice.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@hanaton.hu. We normally respond within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. Mandatory retention may limit erasure. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu), or seek a judicial remedy. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated processing on this website.
