We are Hanaton, an independent vinyl pressing plant in Zalaegerszeg, Western Hungary. We come from the DIY underground: musicians, concert organisers and band managers who understand what releasing a record means to an independent artist.

Our mission is to help independent artists and labels turn their music into physical releases. Small runs, personal support and close attention to every production stage are central to how we work. We support projects from mastering and manufacturing through to packaging and release planning.
From Dorog to Hanaton
Our journey began in 2021, when we acquired a TTT record press built in 1984 and originally operated in the Dorog Record Factory. We carefully refurbished the machine and added PLC control, keeping the traditional pressing process while bringing its operation up to modern standards.

Local knowledge, European partnerships
We work with skilled local partners and a European network of specialists. Equipment development combines our own practical experience with the knowledge of Austrian, Swedish, Swiss and Italian partners. We bring this collaboration to pressing, materials and the details of production.
